With the option of utilising either Lloyd’s, where we are one of the largest managing agents, US or Company paper, you have the choice of whichever is best for your client. All of our underwriting is carried out by one central team based in London, coordinated by an experienced underwriter in this specialist market. By working closely with you we aim to develop a bespoke solution matching our in-depth knowledge of the market with your individual needs.

Crisis Management Advisers
As part of your crisis management policy we can offer you the exclusive services of Terra Firma Risk Management “TFRM”; a leading independent risk management company to advise on any insured event and primarily to secure the safe release of any insured persons. TFRM can also assist in protecting the well-being of your company or family with advice on preventative measures to help minimise the risk of a kidnap or other incident occurring. As a QBE policyholder you will have access to TFRM 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be issued with a number to call in an emergency.
