The QBE Motor MID Helpdesk exists to assist QBE Motor policyholders who will be submitting vehicle details directly to the MID via the Internet.

If you are such a policyholder, your designated staff will require Internet logon IDs and passwords to allow them to send data via the MID's website.  All such access will be administered by the QBE Motor MID Helpdesk.  You may also require related technical assistance or general information.

To provide the above service, the QBE Motor MID Helpdesk will be responsible for:
  • Allocating and administering your
    MID logon IDs and passwords
  • Answering your data related queries
  • Assisting you with any other miscellaneous
    MID queries or problems

This web site contains general information on getting started and how to submit vehicle information to the Motor Insurance Database.  Further information is available at the Motor Insurer's Bureau (MIB) website.
