Risk Management Essentials Questionnaire - RMEQ

QBE is dedicated to excellence in the Motor Fleet Risk Management process, through client interaction and a proactive approach we will help you to reduce motor claims costs within your organisation. Expert advice on managing work related road safety (WRRS) and accident prevention measures is paramount and we will work with you to analyse claims trends and promote cost effective, innovative solutions based upon the best available practice, codes and standards to ensure that the frequency and cost of your claims are at an absolute minimum.

A key element to this process is your support from a senior level and the process starts with completion of our Risk Management Essentials Questionnaire. The RMEQ contains 10 fundamental questions that will provide us with an overview of your compliance with the current requirements and best practice. We invite you to respond as openly as possible. The questions are based on an HSE publication, Driving at Workmanaging Work Related Road Safety. Although it is not an exhaustive list, these questions represent the salient points for each area covered.

Each section has several key questions which require a response "Yes" or "No". The text section that follows is an opportunity to support your response and is also a required field. If you answer "No" to any of these questions please ensure that you complete the text box with additional commentary on the reasons you consider that you are not compliant and why. Your responses will then be considered and you will be provided you with any perceived recommendations for improving your Driving at Work policies or procedures or general motor fleet risk management advice.

There may be a perceived need for an operational review relative to Driving at Work within your organisation, in this case we will provide you with more specific advice.

We thank you, in anticipation, for taking the time to consider and respond to these questions. If you have any queries whilst completing this questionnaire, please contact us at: motorrisk.management@uk.qbe.com.
